Being in a foreign country in the middle of a trip I had two options buy a new luggage or replace the wheel and at ferchiavi they were more than happy to help me replace my bent wheel at a just price. I'd highly recommend it to anyone with a similar issue in the hotel area of Rome (castro pretorio) for a quick and easy fix.
