Sono i peggiori corrieri in circolazione, maleducati, inaffidabili, servizio inaccettabile. Se avete da spedire affidatevi a Bartolini, GLS o SDA, questi sono scandalosi. Auguro loro di consegnare al più presto la partita iva e di chiudere quanto prima i battenti di quella topaia di magazzino. Voto: zero spaccato. Impossibile chiamare, impossibile comunicare , impossibile che lavorino ancora. Pessimi mai trovato niente di simile. What they do caaaaaa is a big compliment. Communicatie waardeloos. Uiteindelijk zijn er 28 flessen uit 3 dozen verdwenen. Wat mij betreft gestolen. Ze zijn nog niet van mij af. At Fercam they steal your goods and pretend they don't know anything until the last minute. In the meantime many emails have been written and called. Nobody nobody responds. Communication worthless. In the end 28 bottles disappeared from 3 boxes. Stolen as far as I'm concerned. They haven't got rid of me yet.
G	Gabriele Capri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FERCAM come azienda è pessima a partire dalla cooperativa che tengono. Zero professionalità. Sconsiglio ai lavoratori di entrarci. Salario bassisimo ed è meglio se vi affidate a BRT. Non parliamo delle norme sulla sicurezza visto che la maggior parte del personale fuma vicino a prodotti altamente infiammabili. Il carico della merce viene lanciato direttamente su bancali di misure ridotte rispetto alla merce di lunghe dimensioni. FERCAM as a company is very bad starting from the cooperative they keep. Zero professionalism. I do not recommend that workers enter it. Very low salary and it is better if you rely on BRT. Let's not talk about safety regulations as most staff smoke near highly flammable products. The load of the goods is launched directly on pallets of smaller sizes compared to the long-sized goods.

Mi sono messa velocemente in contatto con il centralino per capire la data di consegna, sono stati molto cordiali e hanno rispettato quanto detto. Corriere gentile e pacco arrivato integro.
