Chi é venuto a consegnare l’ordine ha chiamato per dire che dovevo trovare qualcuno che avrebbe sceso la merce dal camion perché lui non l’avrebbe fatto perché troppo pesante..... Non ha voluto portare il camion vicino al cancello perché doveva fare troppe manovre.... In ultimo quando ha aperto il portellone del camion l’imballaggio della merce era tutto aperto e vari pezzi della casetta di legno (era il pacco che aspettavo) erano tutti sparsi sul pianale del camion.... Una cosa indecente da farli chiudere nell’immediato non so come possano ancora lavorare.... Per quanto mi riguarda spero che nessuno si rivolga a loro meritano solo di chiudere... If I could give zero stars I would have given them ... Whoever came to deliver the order called to say that I had to find someone who would get the goods off the truck because he wouldn't do it because it was too heavy ..... He didn't want to bring the truck close to the gate because he had to too many maneuvers .... Finally, when he opened the door of the truck, the packaging of the goods was completely open and various pieces of the wooden house (it was the package I was expecting) were all scattered on the truck bed .... An indecent thing to make them shut down immediately I don't know how they can still work .... As for me I hope that no one turns to them they just deserve to close ...

Ho ordinatonun tapis roulan ad una ditta che si affida a loro per i trasporti.Mi era stato detto che la consegna sarebbe stata più lenta perché al piano e che doveva essere affidata ad alma immobiliare , consegna da me richiesta e pagata 80 euro. Il corriere mi citofona e mi dice che devo scendere a prendere il tapis roulant perché la consegna è su strada. Sono scesa e ho fatto presente di aver pagato 80 euro per una consegna al piano. Lui insisteva che non era così. Alla fine dopo varie discussioni ha visto sulla bolla che aveva in mano c'era scritto che doveva consegnare al piano, ma lui era da solo. Ho chiesto se potesse chiamare un collega per farsi aiutare e ha detto di no perché era distante! Praticamente ho dovuto aiutarlo a salire il pacco per un paio di piani perché poi mi stavo facendo male alla schiena e ho rischiato di cadere quindi gli ho detto che non potevo aiutarlo. Ho chiamato il responsabile e mi sono sentita rispondere "senta noi non facciamo consegna al piano per via del covid! " (ripeto la consegna l'ho pagata 80 euro e di questa cosa nessuno mi aveva detto nulla, anzi minera stato detto che la consegna sarebbe stata più lenta a causa del fatto che era al piano! Tra l'altro mi ha detto un attimo controllo e la richiamo e non ho ricevuto chiamata! Sinceramente non mi sembra corretto aver dovuto pagare 80 euro per una consegna al piano e poi aver dovuto fare anche sforzo per aiutare il corriere che poverino poi ha dovuto sollevare da solo il pacco! Honestly it does not seem correct to me that I had to pay 80 euros for a delivery to the floor and then have also had to make an effort to help the courier who poor then had to lift the package by himself!
J	Jakub Gieros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma dramat o godzinie 8:00 przejechałem na rozładunek jest 13:00 nikt nie dzwoni, rampy puste Edit: po 8 godzinach przyszedł i powiedział że mam podjechać pod rampe, na papiery czekałem 1h ludzie w biurze bardzo nie mili. Nie życzę nikomu przyjeżdżać do tej firmy. Najgorsza firma na której byłem !!!! Zeby było można dał bym 0 gwiazdek... Ludzie którzy siedzą w biurze jak by nie widzieli że ktoś przyszedł.
