Il mio pacco è fermo nella filiale ma come contattarli ? Possibile non riuscire a rispondere al telefono. Mah ... mia madre chiedo come certe aziende riescono ad andare avanti. Per farla breve ho dovuto andare a ritirare direttamente in sede il mio pacco (mobiletto), altrimenti, probabilmente, non l'avrei mai ricevuto visto che ormai era in giacenza nel loro magazzino dal 21 gennaio! Mi hanno dato 2 appuntamenti per la consegna, non si sono MAI presentati. Quando ho chiamato mi è stato detto che il pacco pesava troppo (secondo loro 250kg) e non erano attrezzati per portarmelo.? Quando sono andato a ritirarlo sull'imballaggio (completamente danneggiato)c'era scritto che il peso era 50kg!!!? Inoltre, vista la poca cura che hanno per i pacchi, il mobile mi è stato consegnato con una gamba mancante, letteralmente sradicata dalla sua sede creando così un danno enorme nel mobile che è rimasto con 2 buchi. Sono ritornato indietro e dopo aver cercato nei meandri del magazzino l'hanno ritrovata e me l'hanno consegnata come se fosse tutto normale! La professionalità qui non esiste. Moreover, given the little care they have for the packages, the piece of furniture was delivered to me with a missing leg, literally uprooted from its seat, thus creating enormous damage in the piece of furniture that remained with 2 holes. I went back and after looking in the maze of the warehouse they found it and gave it to me as if it were all normal! Professionalism does not exist here.
