Sconsiglio vivamente questa ditta di trasporti, i pacchi non si sa dove sono, i colli si dividono, le consegne vengono fatte a metà pacchi rovinati ammaccati, nessuna voglia di rispondere al telefono, qualora rispondano non ti sanno dire niente ne tanto meno sanno risolverti un problema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono state consegnate tramite questo spedizioniere due librerie.
Entrambe sono arrivate estremamente danneggiate (ovviamente, visto che state lasciate nel cortile di casa mia in una giornata di pioggia) e dopo una decina di giorni dalla data di consegna stimata, inoltre lo spedizioniere si è anche preso la briga di firmare la bolla di consegna al mio posto.
È stato inutile tentare di contattarli sia prima di ricevere la consegna per sapere che fine avesse fatto il mio pacco (che a quanto pare è rimasto fermo in filiale per più di una settimana), sia in seguito per segnalare l'accaduto.
In sintesi: Evitate questa società se potete, meglio affidarsi a qualcun altro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chiamati oggi alle 11 rispetto al loro orario di chiusura fissato alle 12:30. sono stato mezz'ora al telefono con la voce guida che diceva che gli operatori erano occupati. Alla fine ho chiuso! solita musica, il telefono ce l'hanno per peso ma non mi meraviglio visto che la logistica fercam fa proprio schifo.
called today at 11 compared to their closing time set at 12:30. I was on the phone for half an hour with the guide voice saying that the operators were busy. I'm done in the end! usual music, the phone has it for weight but I am not surprised since the fercam logistics really sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, concordo con gli altri commenti qui sotto..!! Peccato che avevo già speso i soldi altrimenti avrei mandato indietro volentieri. I pacchi mi sono stati lasciati in altro comune!! Se una persona ordina online si aspetta il pacco davanti la porta, se devo spostarmi io addirittura in altro paese andavo direttamente in negozio!!
Bad, I agree with the other comments below .. !! Too bad I had already spent the money or I would have sent it back willingly. The packages were left to me to another municipality !! If a person orders online expects the package in front of the door, even if I have to move me in another country I would go directly into the store !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI! Aspetto una consegna su appuntamento. Fanno uno squillo e riagganciano. Richiamo e per puro caso rispondono e mi dicono che la consegna è prevista per il giorno dopo. Passano 2 giorni e non si fanno più vivi. Controllo lo stato della spedizione tramite tracking è la trovo in giacenza (il venditore paga per questo servizio). Provo a richiamare e aspetto invano, per oltre 2 ore, in attesa che un operatore risponda.
Sconsiglio vivamente questo corriere. Diffidate di questi signori
BAD! I expect a delivery by appointment. They ring and hang up. I call back and by chance they answer and tell me that the delivery is scheduled for the next day. Two days go by and they don't show up anymore. I check the status of the shipment via tracking and I find it in stock (the seller pays for this service). I try to call back and wait in vain, for over 2 hours, waiting for an operator to answer.
I strongly advise against this courier. Be wary of these gentlemen
