 They do not answer the phone. They are not punctual: for two simple articles I had to go three times without results. For me I am not up to a good shop!

Li consiglio vivamente, anche per i prezzi decisamente concorrenziali e la buona qualità del prodotto acquistato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo loro, avendo ricevuto questa discarica di legno marcio e dissestato avrei dovuto re-imballare tutto il pesantissimo pacco a mie spese per avere il rimborso, andando a perderci tempo e soldi.
30€ (o un'eventuale controproposta) sarebbero stati un prezzo "accettabile", considerando quanto abbiamo impiegato a riassemblare, riparare e rendere presentabili quegli ammassi di assi di qualità infima che chiamano fioriere.
Se avessi fatto il reso alle loro condizioni mi sarei ritrovata con almeno 20€ in meno in tasca per la spedizione, ore buttate, e 0 fioriere. Ecco perchè la consideravo una proposta ridicola, quella del reso a mio carico.
According to them, having received this landfill of rotten and damaged wood, I would have had to re-pack the entire heavy package at my own expense to get a refund, wasting time and money.
€ 30 (or a possible counter-offer) would have been an "acceptable" price, considering how long it took us to reassemble, repair and make presentable those clusters of low-quality planks they call planters.
If I had made the return on their terms I would have ended up with at least € 20 less in my pocket for shipping, hours wasted, and 0 planters. That's why I considered it a ridiculous proposal, that of the return at my expense.
