Questi ragazzi hanno risolto il problema con tanta pazienza e dedizione. Sono competenti e utilizzano strumentazioni efficaci. Le termiti ( e lo sa chi le conosce) sono davvero una condanna. Ma loro hanno saputo attrarle e sono arrivati ad estrarre le regine. Bravi! Soddisfazione piena. Ditta davvero professionale! I had a problem with Termites eating the beams. Practically in a few months I risked the roof of my house. These guys have solved the problem with a lot of patience and dedication. They are competent and use effective instruments. The termites (and knows who knows them) are really a condemnation. But they knew how to attract them and they came to extract the queens. Bravi! Full satisfaction. Really professional company!

Vi consiglierò ad almeno tre Hotel del gruppo. 4 stelle perchè ho dovuto attendere 2 giorni per ricevere il servizio. Ma oltre questo, davvero soddisfatto. Sono molto bravi, nel mio caso trattamento anti tarlo. Usano metodi molto moderni. Grazie e buon lavoro, Dino. Really professional company. Honest prices and customer care. I will recommend you to at least three hotels in the group. 4 stars because I had to wait 2 days to receive the service. But beyond this, really satisfied. Prezzi nella media, non ho ancora deciso se fare la disinfestazione quindi non posso dire nulla sull'efficacia o meno del trattamento. Friendly and kind, always ready to satisfy customer requests. Average prices, I have not yet decided whether to do the disinfestation so I can not say anything about the effectiveness or not of the treatment.

Gia dopo un mese mi sono resa conto che non aveva funzionato. Sono tornati hanno fatto lo stesso lavoro con lo stesso prodotto ma non hanno risolto il problema . Non ho piu richiamato. Six months after the treatment, the woodworms continue to eat the wood of the roof beams making noise and piles of sawdust. After a month I realized that it hadn't worked. They came back did the same job with the same product but they didn't solve the problem. I have not called back.

Neppure il dermatologo aveva capito, ci aveva detto che erano dermatiti. Il personale di Fenice ha individuato il problema da subito e dopo il trattamento finalmente io e la mia famiglia siamo tornati alla normalita'. Grazie davvero per averci aiutato. Un saluto. We had a nightmare month due to the bites we found to be caused by wood mites. Even the dermatologist didn't understand, he told us they were dermatitis.
