b	barbara faccoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata nel salone per un cambio di colore di capelli più precisamente per avere da un castano caldo il quale ho ad un castano più freddo, ma senza scurire ne schiarire i miei capelli ..fatto presente questo e parlato giusto il tempo per spiegarsi e credo di essermi spiegata abbastanza bene !!! iniziamo con il lavoro e dopo un ora di attesa esco dal salone praticamente uguale!!! Ho fatto presente al titolare del salone che è anche colui che ha scelto la tinta da utilizzare , ammette che sono ancora con un colore uguale ma tenta goffamente e in maniera poco professionale di dare la colpa a me di essere con lo stesso colore, e non so in che modo io possa avere colpa... fatto sta che non mi sono sentita trattata bene, ...sconsigliato!!! Entro chiedendo un’appuntamento e la signora molto gentile mi trova un posto per il giorno stesso. Premetto che sono una ragazza di 20 anni, con i capelli di un rosso rame naturale che fortunatamente sono sempre stati molto belli e sani. Mi lavano i capelli con uno shampoo biologico di buona qualità ma che sfortunatamente non ha sgrassato per bene la cute. Successivamente mi siedo per procedere al taglio e chiedo una spuntata di due dita giusto per eliminare le doppie punte. Mi vengono tagliati di quattro dita, scalati talmente tanto da togliere tutto il volume che i miei capelli conferivano naturalmente. Il ciuffo frangia che avevo chiesto viene effettuato non con il metodo tradizionale, bensì tutto “tagliuzzato”. Mi hanno rovinato i capelli e ci impiegherò un’anno per raggiungere la mia lunghezza originale e il mio volume naturale. La ciliegina sulla torta è stato il conto molto salato: €65 che il mio portafoglio avrebbe volentieri speso per qualcosa di più gratificante. Non capisco per quale motivo bisogna rovinare i capelli di una ragazza così giovane, facendola uscire con un’effetto tagliuzzato che allude ad un look da quarantenne. Tutto ciò è sintomo di ignoranza, mancanza di tatto e la totale incapacità di ascoltare le volontà del cliente. Vergognatevi! I state that I am a 20 year old girl, with natural copper red hair which fortunately has always been very beautiful and healthy. They wash my hair with a good quality organic shampoo, but unfortunately it didn't degrease the skin well. Then I sit down to proceed with the cut and ask for a blunt of two fingers just to get rid of split ends. I get cut by four fingers, scaled so much that it takes away all the volume my hair naturally gave. The fringe tuft that I asked for is done not with the traditional method, but all "shredded". They ruined my hair and it will take me a year to reach my original length and my natural volume. The icing on the cake was the very hefty bill: € 65 which my wallet would have gladly spent on something more rewarding. I don't understand why you have to ruin the hair of such a young girl, making her come out with a shredded effect that alludes to a forty-year-old look. All this is a symptom of ignorance, lack of tact and the total inability to listen to the client's wishes. Shame on you!
