La ragazza che lavora per l'agenzia ha sbagliato a prenotare ed in seguito alle mie lamentele non ha più risposto al telefono (ho cercato di contattarla per settimane) per sistemare la questione. Zero professionalità, ATTENTI!!!!!!!!
Absolutely bad experience, I highly advise against this agency. The girl who works for the agency made a mistake in booking and following my complaints she did not answer the phone (I tried to contact her for weeks) to settle the matter. Zero professionalism, BEWARE !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare: nessun tipo di assistenza, ti comprano solo il biglietto e niente altro. Non hanno provveduto nemmeno al check in che peraltro avevamo pattuito, nessuna informazione aggiuntiva ne assistenza quando l'abbiamo richiesta. Meglio altre agenzie.
Absolutely to be avoided: no assistance whatsoever, they only buy you the ticket and nothing else. They didn't even provide for the check-in that we had agreed upon, no additional information or assistance when we requested it. Better other agencies.
