L’analisi del capello è stata fatta però in modo molto poco accurato perché le punte dei miei capelli ne sono uscite molto bruciate. Asciugando i capelli mi è stata fatta una spuntatura, ma a distanza di due giorni e nessuno shampoo le punte brutte sono tornate, ho chiesto se fosse possibile una nuova spuntatina per aggiustare il danno, ma mi è stato detto che devo pagare. Non tornerò mai più
I have done the balayage and the result is very beautiful and natural. However, the analysis of the hair was done in a very inaccurate way because the tips of my hair came out very burnt. Drying my hair I was trimmed, but after two days and no shampoo the ugly tips came back, I asked if a new trim was possible to fix the damage, but I was told I have to pay. I will never go back
