Il terminale del comune di Labico segnalava continuamente errore nonostante i reiterati tentativi degli addetti. Ritornavo dal venditore che sosteneva con convinzione che le foto erano fatte bene e che era la prima volta che gli si presentava questo inconveniente.
Su mia richiesta tempestivamente le rimodificava ma ancora il terminale del comune dava errore. Morale della favola: 5 euro buttati. Non credo che sia stato un buon comportamento verso il cliente e nella fattispecie non entrerò mai più in FeelinGraph. Esperienza negativa
Take 4 photos for my son's identity card. Result: half face light and half dark. The terminal of the municipality of Labico continuously reported errors despite repeated attempts by the staff. I went back to the seller who said with conviction that the photos were done well and that it was the first time that this inconvenience occurred to him.
At my request he promptly remodeled them but still the terminal of the municipality gave error. Moral of the story: 5 euros wasted. I don't think it was a good behavior towards the customer and in this case I will never enter FeelinGraph again. Negative experience
