★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Hanno spedito un pacco destinato a Genova a Roma, e lo hanno lasciato in un loro deposito per settimane senza avvertirmi. Pessima gestione sia delle pratiche negli uffici e assenza di professionalità dei corrieri stessi, che un'altra volta sono andati via nel tempo che scendevo da casa per ritirare il pacco.
Bad experience. They sent a parcel destined for Genoa to Rome, and left it in their warehouse for weeks without notifying me. Bad management of both the paperwork in the offices and the lack of professionalism of the couriers themselves, who once again went away in the time I came down from home to collect the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autista che mi chiama per portare giù il pacco, gli dico che sono paraplegico e mi dice di mandare mia moglie (invalida) sale a ritirare la spedizione costo 38.50 gli do 40 euro prende soldi e pacco e se ne va senza nemmeno darmi il resto. Sono stato manager in UPS e MAI i miei autisti si sono comportati così.
Driver who calls me to bring the package down, I tell him that I am a paraplegic and tells me to send my wife (invalid) goes up to collect the shipment cost 38.50 I give him 40 euros he takes money and package and leaves without even giving me the change. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 14 Dicembre 2021 alle ore 16.30 circa a Genova San Fruttuoso il corriere suona per consegnare un pacco dicendo di volermelo lasciare in ascensore. Gli chiedo se può salire perché io sono con una neonata ma lui si rifiuta categoricamente allora gli chiedo di aspettare così sarei uscita portando con me l'infante. Il tempo di uscire con le giacche ma lui se n'era già andato facendo risultare che io avessi rifiutato il pacco che ora rimane in giacenza presso la sede FedEx di Genova e non vogliono fare un secondo tentativo di consegna come da me richiesto al Servizio Clienti FedEx. Pessima esperienza. Nessun riguardo per chi ha bimbi piccolissimi.
On 14 December 2021 at about 4.30 pm in Genoa San Fruttuoso the courier rings to deliver a package saying he wants to leave it for me in the lift. I ask him if he can go up because I am with a baby girl but he categorically refuses so I ask him to wait so I would go out taking the infant with me. The time to go out with the jackets but he was already gone making it appear that I had refused the package that now remains in storage at the FedEx headquarters in Genoa and do not want to make a second delivery attempt as I requested from Customer Service FedEx. Bad experience. No regard for those with very young children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, MAI più tnt Italia!! Corriere maleducato ed inaffidabile, si è portato indietro il mio pacco in quanto non gli andava incontro nessuno, mia moglie era a casa. Se avete problemi di automezzi troppo grandi organizzatevi diversamente, daltronde a Genova non ci sono solo strade larghe e comode........
Bad service, NEVER more tnt Italy !! Rude and unreliable courier, he took my package back as no one was going to meet him, my wife was at home. If you have problems with too large vehicles, organize yourself differently, on the other hand in Genoa there are not only wide and comfortable roads ........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse possibile non metterei nessuna stella. Servizio più che pessimo ogni giorno rimandano la consegna al giorno dopo. Dicono che nella mia zona vengono solo al lunedì. Oggi era lunedì, ma non potevano. Se vogliono servire solo le zone vicino al loro magazzino non accettino la merce che deve arrivare in altre zone. Gli altri corrieri arrivano tutti i giorni nella mia zona spesso anche al sabato. Vergognosi e ineducati
If it were possible I would not put any stars. More than bad service every day they postpone delivery to the next day. They say they only come to my area on Mondays. Today was Monday, but they couldn't. If they only want to serve areas close to their warehouse, they should not accept goods that have to arrive in other areas. The other couriers arrive every day in my area often even on Saturdays. Shameful and uneducated
