Il peggio é che la valigia é arrivata senza l'imballaggio protettivo esterno, é stata aperta durante il viaggio, scombinata, I contenitori al suo interno sono stati a loro volta aperti. Le lattine contenute nella valigia sono arrivate piegate e scorticate (la plastica bolle in cui erano fasciate é stata tolta). NON USATE I LORO SERVIZI, NON SPEDITE CON TNT. Trattano i loro clienti come immondizia, sono gentili finché finché prendono i soldi della spedizione, poi... I ship a luggage from Italy to Eindhoven, shipment price 50euros. The luggage arrived ONE WEEK LATE and it was totally trashed: it was without the external protection plastic that was shipped with, it has been opened, the content trashed, the other small packages inside damaged and opened. Part of the content was small metal containers that arrived dented. During the 7 days of delay I called TNT several time, and they just invented a new excuse each time. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER AS TRASH I sent a suitcase from Italy to Holland, cost 50 euros. Instead of arriving in the two scheduled days, it took 9 (ONE WEEK DELAY). The worst is that the suitcase arrived without the outer protective packaging, it was opened during the trip, messed up, the containers inside were in turn opened. The cans contained in the suitcase arrived folded and skinned (the plastic bubbles in which they were wrapped was removed). DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, DO NOT SHIP WITH TNT.
