★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the heart of Catania, Federico II Language School, is the perfect place to immerse yourself in Sicilian culture. Good teachers and personal treatment. Also great activities are organized outside school hours (visits to museums, theatre, beach, sharing a meal with other students...).
We had the chance to improve our italian and meet incredible people, so we'd recommend it for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my two-week stay, I have learned so much in Federico II Italian Language School and I've also met some incredible people from all over the world.
The cultural activities that were organized by the school helped me learn a lot about the city and the Sicilian culture.
The staff is friendly and kind and the lessons were organized in a way that we talk a lot in Italian but also cover a lot of grammatical stuff as well.
It was a great experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I followed a two-week course at Federico II which I really enjoyed. The classes were a perfect mix of learning vocabulary and how to use verb tenses. Chiara was a great teacher who explained everything very well, gave a lot of examples, made you feel comfortable speaking Italian and made the classes a lot of fun. Chiara, Federica e Merrion: grazie mille per tutti! Spero di prendere più lezioni!

Marion and Federica will make you feel at home but will also challenge you enough to help you learn so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to the school and especially to Federica, I was there for 2 month and I learned a lot. I will definitely come back. It's an good mix between grammatik and vocabulary and without Covid you can visit with your classmates some beautiful spots here in Catania. Federica also helped me with some privat stuff, so an special thank you here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did an intensive 2-week course (level B1) at Federico II Italian Language School in Catania in September 2020. I was very happy with my experience there, whether in organizational matters, teaching, or in extra-curricular activities. The quality of teaching was excellent, and my teacher Federica did her best to accommodate the different needs of the students. Some students, like me, come to the course with good knowledge of grammar but with poor conversation skills, other students have it the other way around, yet she made sure to include in her classes materials that are suitable for both sides.
Another aspect that I really liked about the school is that teachers and staff care about their students even outside the course. Every week we had an extra-curricular activity (a visit to a museum for example). My teacher even organized a gathering for some current and ex-students at her flat with delicious home-made Italian food!

language as well as the rich Sicilian culture and history. The wonderful
and professional teachers make it not only a learning center, but also a
family like environment.
i have attended 4 courses there, to which i came specially from Israel.
I intend to continue with this exceptional school for more courses, that each one advances me more.
I strongly recommend studying at Federica II, for a different and enriching learning experience.

The teachers are very professional and just super nice and positive people. Apart the language you also learn here very interesting cultural facts, make sightseeing and meet new people. I enjoyed studying in this school a lot and hope to come back here one day for a higher level. Special thanks to Federica, you are a great teacher and real fun. Un baccio ?
