R	Roberto Bonora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato sia per me che per mia mamma entrambi abbiamo comprato un divano perché sia il venditore Salvo sia la qualità del Sofà ci hanno soddisfatto molto lo abbiamo tartassato di domande e dubbi mai lui ha sempre saputo derimere i nostri dubbi........ Questa è la prima parte di recensione sto aspettando con ansia l'arrivo del Sofà che ho appena comprato per continuarne la seconda parte inerente il giudizio sul Prodotto...... Seconda parte della Recensione : Il divano è arrivato con largo anticipo chi lha consegnato erano persone cortesi educate e rispettose ciò che si spera ogni volta che ti entra una persona estranea in casa ma non sempre avviene...... Montato velocemente ma con accuratezza (non in modo sbrigativo per intenderci) e ritirato il divano vecchio. Molto soddisfatto del prodotto il tessuto ha un aspetto molto resistente ma morbido al tatto effetto camoscio è i due relax sono una manna dal cielo. Purtroppo può capitare in una produzione in serie un comando dei due relax aveva un difetto di tipologia di cavo (a spirale invece che liscio) avvisato il negozio di Torino dove lho acquistato e inviate le foto del caso mi hanno mandato prontamente 2 tecnici per la sostituzione dell'intero gruppo punsantiera della seduta interessata insomma a conferma che non vieni abbandonato dopo l'acquisto cosa quasi fondamentale al giorno d'oggi per rimanere sul mercato, ribadisco quindi la fiducia verso questa azienda seria e sicuramente LUNGIMIRANTE!!! P	Paolo Michele Mola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza in negozio buona e la qualità per il momento mi lascia molto soddisfatto. Mi spiace dover dare 2 stelle per colpa dei montatori. Uno dei due un becero che avrei preferito non far entrare in casa, il secondo invece sembrava gentile e disponibile sia al telefono che di persona. A montaggio quasi completato però li ho sentiti confabulare su dei pezzi mancanti, il becero ha detto testuali parole: "che c**** te ne frega, tanto non si vedono nemmeno". Hanno cercato di nascondermi che avevano dimenticato qualcosa. Alle mie richieste hanno negato fino alla morte e hanno tirato una supercazzola per tenermi buono. Non ho nemmeno provato ad andare in fondo alla questione con il negozio perché ristrutturando casa loro sono stati gli ultimi di una lunga serie di lavoratori approssimativi e cafoni e sono stufo. Preferisco godermi il divano anche senza quel qualcosa per il quale ho pagato. Pazienza. Good store experience and quality for the moment leaves me very satisfied. I haven't even tried to get to the bottom of the matter with the shop because they were the last in a long line of rough workers and peasants renovating their house and I'm fed up. I prefer to enjoy the sofa even without that something I paid for. Patience.

Il divano in oggetto era in pronta consegna, ma comunque si sono prodigati per farmelo avere il prima possibile. Grazie di tutto..
