A mio avviso è come truffare una persona già truffata dato che non c'è nessuna garanzia che il reclamo venga realmente preso in considerazione e risolto. Si suppone che le persone si rivolgono a queste associazioni "di volontariato" perché hanno bisogno di un consiglio, di un supporto legale ma anche morale, ma non ti fanno neanche spiegare per quale motivo sei li che prima ti dicono che devi cacciare fuori i soldi per la tessera. Ho provato a chiedere se prima potevo spiegare cosa mi era successo per poter sapere se avevo ragione nel problema da risolvere ma la signora anziana con il suo secco "NO, PRIMA LA TESSERA ALTRIMENTI NIENTE ".mi ha fatto capire bene in che mani sarei capitata.
