Rimasto deluso dal fatto che se non è il consumatore a farsi vivo dopo il disbrigo delle pratiche nessuno si fa vivo, tutto tace...eppure i vari consumatori che vanno tutelati, dovrebbero anche essere sostenuti ed informati A bit like all the offices that deal with consumer protection, endless queues and alternate days for the various problems. Ritengo che in situazioni spiacevoli, energia elettrica, utenze domestiche, cartelle pazze, questo sia uno dei luoghi migliori dove andare per provare a risolverle. Ho ricevuto una mail di risposta dopo meno di 30 minuti con il recapito telefonico da contattare per fissare un appuntamento (anche perché in questo periodo con il covid 19 è indispensabile). Ho composto il numero telefonico, mi hanno risposto immediatamente, ho spiegato il mio problema ed è stato fissato un appuntamento per il giorno successivo. Vado all'appuntamento: all'orario previsto vengo ricevuto. Viene ascoltata la mia richiesta e mi viene spiegato in maniera chiara cosa è opportuno fare. Ho pagato 30 euro per la consulenza e 40 per il tesseramento (durata un anno): fondamentalmente mi sembra anche corretto. Spero che la causa si risolva a mio favore: mi faranno sapere. Tutto sommato, esperienza molto positiva (scusate per la lunghezza del messaggio, ma credo che sia opportuno, in questi casi, essere anche dettagliati e precisi). Ho avuto il piacere di parlare con un avvocato esperto di enel che con grandissima competenza ha risolto un grave mio problema. Nonostante sembri giovanissimo, ha avuto da subito il polso della situazione. Grandissima anche la gentilezza e l'organizzazione di tutta l'accoglienza. Richiedono solo il tesseramento e un piccolissimo fondo spese per gestire la pratica (mi sembra anche giusto). Consigliati. Consumers' association with extremely kind and knowledgeable consultants. Una bolletta salatissima da piu di 4000 euro è stata annullata grazia all’intervento di uno dei loro avvocati. bravissimi veramente talented and competent, they get impatient too easily when they welcome, but the consultants seem really competent. there are several lawyers divided by subject, I ki have found it very well to solve my problem with the aqueduct service.
