Very bad experience. They protect themselves by agreeing with companies and worsen certain work situations. Not recommended from every point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato a contattarli per un'ora e più, rete occupata, non parte nemmeno la telefonata. Chiamo un altro centralino CGIL che mi comunica che se non hanno riunioni da fare o altro se ne vanno via prima (nel mio caso almeno un'ora).
Tra l'altro, siparietto divertente col centralinista che mi da altri due numeri da chiamare, i quali invece squillano a vuoto per sempre.
I tried to contact them for an hour or more, the network was busy, the phone call didn't even start. I call another CGIL switchboard who tells me that if they don't have any meetings to do or something else they go away earlier (in my case at least an hour).
Among other things, funny curtain with the switchboard operator who gives me two more numbers to call, which instead ring empty forever.
