Although the products are beautiful and of good quality, my experience was highly negative with the seller Giammarco; he purposely named him because I have not had relations with the rest of the staff and I want to leave the benefit of the doubt to the rest. In short, I bought a sofa and cushions by paying 50% immediately as a deposit, and the remaining 50% + € 40.00 for shipping and assembly costs. Well, as soon as the sofa reaches them, he asks me for the balance, obviously I ask to see it to check what color and fabric they were as I had ordered them; he replies that it is not possible because it was packed and it is not their habit to proceed in this way, on the contrary he tells me that his customers pay the balance without seeing it. Obviously I don't intend to pay without even being able to see what color and fabric were the same and after a bit of insistence I can see it. Once he was alone there he told me that there are 14 days for disputes with the parent company and he had already arrived for 3 days, I tell him that next week I have to leave and therefore I need the delivery during the week because I would be leaving next week; he tells me to make the delivery he needs the balance and in order not to risk anything I tell him that the same evening I would have made an online transfer. That same evening I send him everything with the confirmation and proof of the bank transfer on the bank's headed paper. The next day he tells me that until he sees the money on his account he does not proceed, and in this way the delivery would have gone beyond the time for any disputes to the manufacturer, given my absence. After two days of phone calls to them and the bank trying to speed everything up, he finally gets to see the money in his account and proceeds to ship. Once we arrive, the fitters ask me for € 50.00 instead of € 40.00 agreed, and seeing all these stories I paid with the promise not to buy us even a cup by mistake and to be wary of everyone going there. Also there would be also other episodes that I do not write for reasons of time and length, I have limited myself to the most striking one above. So if you really like their furnishings, you should definitely avoid the seller Giammarco. PS since the good Giammarco replied, I want to clarify that in the first estimate that I still have the shipping and assembly costs amount to € 40.00, however the problem I do not think is the € 10.00 of the whole story , in fact it is the least .. the rest that happened is disconcerting .. not to mention the credit note of € 250, this part was also unreal!
