★ ★ ★ ★ ★ posso solo lamentarmi del pessimo servizio ricevuto. fanno assistenza per portoni basculanti della Silvelox. Consiglio di chiedere bene prima di sostituire qualche pezzo di farvelo conteggiare.
I can only complain about the bad service received. they provide assistance for Silvelox overhead doors. I recommend asking well before replacing any piece to have it counted.

Dopo poco più di un anno mi ritrovo con il sezionale Silvelox Overlap rotto con lo stesso identico problema di prima del loro intervento. La segretaria mi risponde "beh, ci sta che dopo un anno e mezzo si possa rompere" (300€ fra ricambio e 40 minuti di manodopera)...spero allora che succeda a casa sua ogni 6 mesi e che non rispondano in garanzia! :-)
Bad service, exorbitant prices, arrogant both the technicians and the switchboard.
After just over a year I find myself with the Silvelox Overlap sectional door broken with the exact same problem as before their intervention. The secretary replied "well, there is that after a year and a half it can break" (300 € between spare parts and 40 minutes of labor) ... then I hope that it happens at his house every 6 months and that they do not respond under warranty! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come già ribadito la qualità della porta acquistata non la da la ditta che fa assistenza ma la casa produttrice e i prezzi lavorando con listini forniti dalla casa produttrice quindi le recensioni su qualità del materiale e sui prezzi va fatta alla casa produttrice dove avete acquistato la porta grazie
As already reiterated, the quality of the purchased door is not given by the company providing assistance but by the manufacturer and the prices working with price lists provided by the manufacturer, therefore the reviews on the quality of the material and on the prices must be made to the manufacturer where you purchased the door thanks
