D	Davide Cunego on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero non si può!!! poco efficienti, dicono di aver chiamato ma non risulta, consegne non effettuate per lo più insistendo di aver ragione quando l'attività è aperta negli orari d' ufficio ci si sente dire di non aver trovato nessuno una volta arrivati, abbiamo verificato le telecamere Nostre ma nessun trasportatore è passato ( ho fatto togliere il preavviso di consegna per avere più velocemente la merce ma NULLA ) mentitori e poco professionali Zero you can't !!! inefficient, they say they have called but it does not appear, deliveries not carried out mostly insisting that they are right when the business is open during office hours we hear that we have not found anyone once we arrive, we have checked our cameras but no transporter has passed (I had the delivery notice removed to have the goods faster but NOTHING) liars and not very professional

Ho chiesto loro di esibirmi i tabulati telefonici (certificati dal gestore) del cellulare dell'autista, ma dubito che lo faranno. I fully agree with the negative reviews. They don't deliver and say they couldn't find you on the phone. I asked them to show me the phone records (certified by the manager) of the driver's cell phone, but I doubt they will.

La mia chiamata risulta essere la prima in attesa da un tempo interminabile, poi divento la terza in coda e si ripete la storia. Professionalità 0. Decisamente sconsigliato. Bad to say the least. Very long waiting times to speak with an operator (more than an hour !!!!!!). My call turns out to be the first on hold for an interminable time, then I become the third in the queue and history repeats itself. Professionalism 0. Definitely not recommended.

Drammatica esperienza personale e anche professionale visto che la merce era x lavoro. I put a star xk and 0 can't. Goods arrived in the warehouse on Friday delivered Wednesday x my insistence. Badly discharged. Dramatic personal experience as well as professional as the goods were for work.

Due appuntamenti comunicati da loro con un range di consegna di 4 ore, entrambi non rispettati e senza alcun avvertimento. Veramente pessimi ed inaffidabili!! I put a star because 0 is not on the rating scale, but it would have been the most truthful grade. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and it arrived today !! Two appointments communicated by them with a delivery range of 4 hours, both not respected and without any warning. Really bad and unreliable !!

Peccato non si possa mettere 0 altrimenti lo avrei fatto, il corriere ha scaricato la merce (una pedana in metallo pesantissima ) di fronte all'ingresso pedonale rifiutandosi senza un preciso motivo di lasciarla di fronte all'ingresso sul retro allo STESSO NUMERO CIVICO e senza alcun impedimento o necessità di fare manovra con il mezzo anzi, sarebbe stato addirittura agevolato nell'uscita. La ditta lo ha giustificato dicendo che stava "rispettando le procedure aziendali", se questa è la vostra idea di servizio di trasporto cambiate lavoro o licenziate chi non sa lavorare perché evidentemente non ne ha bisogno. CHANGE WORK !! Too bad you can't put 0 otherwise I would have done it, the courier unloaded the goods (a very heavy metal platform) in front of the pedestrian entrance, refusing without a specific reason to leave it in front of the back entrance at the SAME HOUSE NUMBER and without any impediment or need to maneuver with the vehicle, on the contrary, it would have even been facilitated in the exit. The company justified this by saying that it was "respecting company procedures", if this is your idea of a transport service, change jobs or fire those who can't work because obviously they don't need it.
