Really good pizza, too bad I was served by a really rude girl who had no respect for the customer. I will never set foot again in this pizzeria whose staff should learn good manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dare 27 stelle meno, le darei...Già in 2 volte distinte mi sono stati dati dei supplì che avevano una parte bruciata. Ma questa volta la ragazza biondina ha superato se stessa. Giorni fa oltre alla pizza ed i supplì, prendo anche una vaschetta di patate al forno, avevo già adocchiato che alcune vaschette avevano alcune patate bruciate. La biondina prende al volo una vaschetta che a me non piace, le dico di cambiarla e mi chiede in maniera scocciata; " quale vuole?", le rispondo; "prenda la vaschetta che abbia le patate meno bruciate"... A quel punto prende una vaschetta che in superficie ha delle patate niente male, ma una volta arrivato a casa ho una bella sorpresa, più della metà erano carbonizzate... Alle parole scritte si può anche non credere, ma queste foto possono far capire meglio...

At that point take a tray that has some pretty good potatoes on the surface, but once I get home I have a nice surprise, more than half were charred ... At the words written you may not believe, but these photos can make you understand better ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best local pizza! Located in Casal Bertone (5-7 min walk from my hotel, BW Blu Hotel Roma) you will find a family run authentic pizza by the tray and pizza to order restaurant! They have numerous types of pizza to choose from and all the ones I have tried were delicious! Just point to the one you would like a piece of and they will lay down their knife and you can indicate if you want more or less of that kind. They will then cut and weigh your pizza to determine the price. If your Italian isn’t perfect you can just motion and everyone can help you or you can ask for Giusy (pronounced Juicy) and she will gladly help you in English! Everyone is so friendly and lots of locals order here all day so the pizza is always fresh! My favourites are Cacio e Pepe and Mozzarella di bufala, basil and tomato! The freshest pizza you will ever taste with almost sweet tomatoes! You can eat there at the bar or take away. Also try their Supplì (rice ball with cheese and filling) or their daily pasta special!
