Sono tornata la settimana scorsa, con un'amica alla quale ho consigliato l'atelier, e ho ritrovato uno staff con la stessa cortesia e professionalità di tanti anni prima. Voglio ringraziare poi Fausto Sari che nonostante fosse impegnato ha trovato un attimo per me perché dopo tanti anni volevo salutarlo. Consiglio alle spose di andarci. I bought my wedding dress from Fausto Sari 28 years ago and I had a great time ... always very kind, ready to satisfy every need with great professionalism. I returned last week, with a friend to whom I recommended the atelier, and I found a staff with the same courtesy and professionalism of many years before. Then I want to thank Fausto Sari who despite being busy found a moment for me because after so many years I wanted to say goodbye. I recommend brides to go there.

Ringrazio la commessa che mi ha aiutato nel vestirmi che è stata molto brava e gentile e ha capito le mie necessità contrariamente allo stitilista con cui non sono entrata in empatia che continuava a propormi abiti che non c'entravano con la mia fisicità e con tessuti che avevo scartato già da subito e su cui non mi sono ricreduta. Tuttosommato è stata una esperienza positiva per capire che abiti scartare quindi ringrazio ugualmente per l'esperienza e per il tempo dedicatomi. I was in this atelier in May, I must say that there are different brands of clothes and the shop is therefore well-stocked. I thank the saleswoman who helped me dress me who was very good and kind and understood my needs contrary to the stylist with whom I did not empathize who kept offering me clothes that had nothing to do with my physicality and with fabrics that I had already discarded it immediately and on which I have not changed my mind. Tuttosommato it was a positive experience to understand which clothes to unwrap so I am equally grateful for the experience and for the time dedicated to me.

Ragazzi allegri sempre disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Non ci hanno dato fretta nel scegliere l’abito ( a differenza di altri atelier qui gli abiti sono veramente tutti belli, c’e’ veramente l’imbarazzo della scelta). A breve la mia nipotina chiamerà per riprogrammare un appuntamento per decidere definitivamente uno degli abiti che ci piaceva tanto. Bravi. Siete i migliori. Courtesy and professionalism. I was there with my niece for the choice of her wedding dress. We were followed by Marcello and Marilena. Cheerful guys always available for our every request. They did not rush us to choose the dress (unlike other ateliers, here the clothes are all really beautiful, there is really an embarrassment of choice). Soon my granddaughter will call to reschedule an appointment to finally decide on one of the dresses we liked so much. Well done. You are the best.
