Staff molto preparato, servizi esclusivi, ho lasciato il mio cane in pensione da loro e hanno trattato il cane come se fosse loro. Aggiornandomi ogni qualvolta che lo chiedevo. Sono molto soddisfatta.

Very knowledgeable staff, exclusive services, I left my retired dog with them and they treated the dog as if it were their own. Updating myself whenever I asked for it. I'm very satisfied.

Peccato che l’attenzione al cliente non è delle migliori. La ragazza che ci ha accolti ha esordito Ammonendoci in modo quasi esagerato di aver scelto una razza difficilissima( un Labrador !). Zero empatia.
Sperava forse di rifilarmi qualxhe corso di educazione cinofila?!

Too bad that the attention to the customer is not the best. The girl who welcomed us began by admonishing us in an almost exaggerated way that she had chosen a very difficult breed (a Labrador!). Zero empathy.
Was he hoping to give me some dog training course ?!

Il negozio è enorme e trovi tutto per i tuoi pelosi e non solo.
Non rivolgerti ad altri qui coccolano sia te che il tuo pet.

The shop is huge and you can find everything for your furry ones and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio condividere la mia esperienza con tutti voi. Mi sono recata in questa clinica in un momento molto delicato per la mia cagnolina purtroppo molto malata. In realtà l'avevo portata prima da chi l'aveva da sempre "accudita" QUANDO ERA IN SALUTE ma che HA ABBANDONATO quando è stata male. Sono arrivata alla fauna urbana disperata, la mia cagnolina stava male ma aveva bisogno di essere lavata e tolettata. Se penso al modo in cui siamo stati accolti mi vengono le lacrime agli occhi. Ho trovato persone meravigliose, capaci di immedesimarsi nella mia situazione e soprattutto amorevoli e accoglienti nei confronti della mia amata Lilly. L'hanno accolta veramente a braccia aperte mostrando una grandissima sensibilità che solo in pichi hanno. Non si trovano facilmente in giro professionisti così attenti e accurati! Posso solo dirvi grazie!!!!! Un grazie speciale dalla mia Lilly.
I want to share my experience with all of you. I went to this clinic at a very delicate moment for my unfortunately very sick dog. In fact, I had brought her before to those who had always "looked after" her WHEN HE WAS HEALTHY but who HAVE ABANDONED when she was sick. I arrived at the desperate urban fauna, my dog was sick but needed to be washed and groomed. When I think about the way we were welcomed, tears come to my eyes. I have found wonderful people, able to identify with my situation and above all loving and welcoming towards my beloved Lilly. They really welcomed her with open arms showing a great sensitivity that only a few have. Such careful and accurate professionals are not easily found around! I can only say thank you !!!!! Special thanks from my Lilly.

We were happy as we found their washing service, including cutting fur and claws. We were impressed by their great and cute product selection for living with our best friends! Thank you ??
