★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne sarà pure biologica, ma costate che ho acquistato sono a un passo dall'essere immangiabili tanto sono dure. Ho chiesto due tagli da roast beef e mi è stato propinato del girello. Piuttosto scettica ma l'ho provato...anche come roast beef, quindi tagliato sottile, è risultato 'ciccoso'. Tra l'altro mi aspettavo uno spaccio, così come pubblicizzato,...invece mi sono trovata in un locale con i frigiriferi (enormi!!) completamente vuoti. Per essere serviti, senza neppure vedere come venivano preparati i tagli richiesti, abbiamo atteso quasi mezz'ora!!! Forse il bovino non era ancora stato macellato!!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!
The meat will be pure organic, but the ribs I bought are a step away from being inedible so they are hard. I asked for two roast beef cuts and a spinner was served to me. Rather skeptical but I tried it ... even as a roast beef, then cut thin, it turned out to be 'fat'. Among other things, I expected a shop, as advertised, ... but instead I found myself in a room with frigirifers (huge !!) completely empty. To be served, without even seeing how the required cuts were prepared, we waited almost half an hour !!! Perhaps the bovine had not yet been slaughtered !!! Vettonia !!!
