Tutta l attivita' viene svolta dalla famiglia Russo, dal padre e dai figli.... Cordialita', gentilezza, serieta' sono gli elementi che li caratterizzano..un locale in cui ci si può specchiare, Il Cibo e' gustoso e si sente tutta la bonta' dei prodotti genuini che vengono prodotti, tutte pietanze che sono il risultano di sacrifici e duro lavoro. Consiglio a tutti di andarci e vi assicuro che non solo rimarrete entusiasti, ma ci ritornerete. La loro filosofia del km zero, del bio e del genuino e vera e reale. Tutti i piatti sono semplici ma gustosissimi. E variano in base alle stagioni. In base al loro orto in base agli animali. Il loro rispetto per la natura lo si ritrova in ogni piatto. Potete fare il giro della fattoria per vedere come stanno gli animali. Come fanno i formaggi. Come coltivano l'orto. Il tutto alle pendici di un monte vista mare. Prezzo onesyissino per quello che viene proposto. E la pulizia è maniacale. Prenotate per tempo. E soprattutto non pensate di ordinare da un menù. Lasciatevi cullare da Giuseppe, Felice, Daniele e il Valentino... Vi offriranno il meglio senza dubbio. Eaten by God in a lovely setting! I had lunch / dinner several times from the Russo family. Dagli antipasti abbondanti fino al primo e al secondo la qualità e la bontà non è mai mancata. Tutto rigorosamente di stagione e offerto dal loro orto e allevamento (e si sente!). Location invidiabile pure dai migliori locali della zona, con vista isole Eolie. Prezzo ottimo. Che dire, siamo rimasti tutti felicemente soddisfatti e sicuramente ci torneremo. Unico appunto. Siamo arrivati alle 19.25 (ho un bimbo piccolo che aveva fame) previo avviso telefonico e ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 20.10 per darci un tavolo. Vi risparmio il racconto dettagliato dicendo solo che la qualità è medio bassa. Passo al conto: 2 antipasti 1 grigliata mista (X2) ?!?!? 1maccherone col sugo 1acqua 2birre Per un totale di 55€. Oltre a consigliarlo a tutti vorrei fare le nostre congratulazioni per i prodotti e i sapori che abbiamo potuto assaporare grazie a voi.... peccato che non siamo di queste parti perché verremmo spesso da voi. Dimenticavo il dolce alle more e l'amaro alle erbe sono il trionfo finale,non ve li fate sfuggire. Tutto ciò che viene portato a tavola è di produzione propria, dai formaggi alle carni al vino. Un'esperienza speciale in un posto tranquillissimo, quasi un'oasi. Un plauso al personale per la loro delicatezza e cordialità e per la loro pulizia. Prezzo giustissimo. Soltanto complimenti da fare. I recommend this place to everyone, where you will find the true flavors of Sicily. Everything brought to the table is of own production, from cheeses to meats to wine. We can't speak Italian, but they made the best meal ever! They brang us so many dishes of different food, everything was incredible delicious, they were so friendly, I can totally recommend it!!! Thank you for everything
