F	Francesco Di Sandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie con bambini, l'accoglienza è stata ottima, le camere/suite pulitissime e con mobili dell'epoca, infatti si tratta di una dimora storica e i proprietari sono molto disponibili nel raccontarvi aneddoti e curiosità! Disponibilità a richieste dell'ultimo minuto. Immersi nella splendida campagna Toscana, risveglio con il canto degli uccellini, colazione in totale privacy con ottime leccornie con tanto di frutta freschissima. I proprietari e personale di servizio molto cordiali, abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante di fronte la sera prima con grande soddisfazione e piacere. Il biolago è incantevole! Anche se solo per 2 giorni è stata un'esperienza fantastica, da rifare assolutamente. We stayed in two families with children, the welcome was excellent, the rooms / suites were spotless and with period furniture, in fact it is a historic residence and the owners are very helpful in telling you anecdotes and curiosities! Availability for last minute requests. Immersed in the splendid Tuscan countryside, awakening with the song of birds, breakfast in total privacy with excellent delicacies with lots of fresh fruit. Very friendly owners and service staff, we also dined at the restaurant opposite the night before with great satisfaction and pleasure. The bio-lake is enchanting! Even if only for 2 days it was a fantastic experience, absolutely to be redone.

Se la vostra idea è quella di vivere per qualche giorno in una tipica villa padronale toscana questo è il posto che fa per voi: la villa è antica, ma i servizi ci sono tutti, così come le stanze sono pulitissime e il personale gentilissimo. Ci sono anche tante aree comuni a disposizione degli ospiti, e due piscine - una delle quali naturale - nel bellissimo giardino. Le proprietarie dell'albergo ci hanno accolto come se fossimo di famiglia e, non ultimo, la posizione è perfetta per poter vedere con pochi minuti di macchina tutte le varie bellezze che si trovano nei dintorni. Infine, segnalo la possibilità, purtroppo solo nei fine settimana, di rifocillarsi presso il ristorante dell'albergo, l'ocio giulivo. I prezzi del ristorante sono leggermente più alti della media, ma la qualità del cibo e la loro particolarità (sono specializzati in oca, e i vini sono di loro produzione) compensano più che ampiamente questa caratteristica. Menzione speciale per il petto d'oca cotto sottovuoto, buonissimo! Dovessi ritornare da quelle parti, la fattoria sarebbe la mia prima scelta! Everything is simply perfect, with a quality / price ratio that I have rarely seen anywhere else. If your idea is to live for a few days in a typical Tuscan manor house this is the place for you: the villa is ancient, but the services are all there, as well as the rooms are spotless and the staff very kind. There are also many common areas available to guests, and two swimming pools - one of which is natural - in the beautiful garden. The owners of the hotel welcomed us as if we were family and, last but not least, the location is perfect to be able to see all the various beauties in the surrounding area with a few minutes by car. Finally, I would like to point out the possibility, unfortunately only on weekends, to refresh oneself at the hotel restaurant, l'ocio giulivo. The prices of the restaurant are slightly higher than average, but the quality of the food and their particularity (they specialize in goose, and the wines are of their own production) more than compensate for this characteristic. Special mention for the vacuum-packed goose breast, yummy! Should I return to those parts, the farm would be my first choice!

È un modus vivendi e se scegli di fermarti qui devi lasciare aperta la porta alle suggestioni, ai dettagli, all'ascolto di chi ha fatto di questa filosofia una ragione di vita per salvaguardare un patrimonio affettivo prima ancora che storico, culturale e paesaggistico. Il maestoso palazzo è bellissimo, nell'infilata di stanze tutte diverse e nei salotti che si aprono lungo i corridoi che circondano il cortile interno. Gli arredi sono antichi ma funzionali, i letti comodissimi, bagni attrezzati e asciugamani morbidissimi. In camera non c'è il televisore? Per fortuna!!! I racconti della sensibile, colta e nobile, soprattutto d'animo, Sig.ra Anna sono più coinvolgenti ed interessanti di qualunque programma televisivo. E una passeggiata nel curatissimo giardino all'italiana che prelude ad un grande prato con piscina naturale, a sua volta inizio di un enorme podere che, tra i cipressi, apre lo sguardo fino ai primi boschi....arricchisce sguardo e anima. A nutrire il corpo pensano i figli della Sig.ra, con abbondanti e varie colazioni o, nel ristorante L'Ocio Giulivo, con particolari e sfiziosi menu. Il resto del Senese è tutto da scoprire, a una manciata di chilometri. Quando scegliete pensate a cosa volete dalla vostra vacanza. Questo è un luogo dell'anima, non degli standard internazionali. This is not an accommodation facility. It is a modus vivendi and if you choose to stop here you must leave the door open to suggestions, to details, to listening to those who have made this philosophy a reason for living to safeguard an emotional heritage even before it is historical, cultural and landscape. The majestic palace is beautiful, in the row of all different rooms and in the lounges that open along the corridors that surround the internal courtyard. The furnishings are antique but functional, the beds very comfortable, equipped bathrooms and very soft towels. Is there no TV in the room? Fortunately!!! The tales of the sensitive, cultured and noble, especially of soul, Mrs. Anna are more engaging and interesting than any television program. And a walk in the well-kept Italian garden that is a prelude to a large lawn with natural swimming pool, in turn the beginning of a huge farm that, among the cypresses, opens the gaze to the first woods .... enriches the eye and soul. To nourish the body think the children of Mrs., with abundant and various breakfasts or, in the restaurant L'Ocio Giulivo, with special and delicious menus. The rest of the Sienese area is waiting to be discovered, just a few kilometers away. When choosing, think about what you want from your vacation. This is a place of the soul, not of international standards.

G	Gianina Cucoreanu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love Tuscany the old fashion way and want to live for a few days in a 400-hundred year old villa ( former fortress), get lost on tight narrow corridors in a sort of beautiful museum surrounded only by cypress trees and vineyards, and hear no traffic but the song of the birds or the rooster in the morning, then this place is for you! It charmed us from the first moment, great facilities ( the room has a next door private bathroom, both part of an apartment, there are rooms for sitting, eating, relaxation...so many that I got lost the first day, we may also use the kitchen and the view...of all these rooms is amazing! So much green that overwhelms you! They offer excellent breakfast and cleaning service, the host is very attentive to all our needs, friendly and kind. The wine they produce is excellent and entertained us in the evenings! An unforgettable experience!

For hot days you can choose two pools. I recommend the biopool..because of the view on tuscanian landscape. Also the breakfast is very good with a nice view.
