Beautiful place, great local food and very fresh cheese. We walked around the dairy and tasted unique delicacies. All very hospitable. Highly recommended!

Dopo una visita della fattoria, immersa in un bellissimo paesaggio, abbiamo assaggiato diversi prodotti locali freschissimi a chilometro zero! Davvero speciale la ricotta fresca!
I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, consiglio a tutti di passare qui per scoprire un altro lato della Sicilia, aldilà del mare.
I went to the dairy during a holiday with friends in Sicily, here we tried a really interesting experience.
After a visit to the farm, immersed in a beautiful landscape, we tasted different local fresh products at zero kilometer! The fresh ricotta is really special!
The owners were very kind and very helpful, I recommend everyone to come here to discover another side of Sicily, beyond the sea.

Un mega applauso alla ricotta e alla gentilezza e ospitalità che abbiamo ricevuto, consiglio vivamente di venire qui e di fare un giro tra gli allevamenti e il caseificio, tutto davvero autentico !
We went to Al Caseificio during our holiday in Sicily! We ate very well! A big round of applause to the ricotta and the kindness and hospitality we received, I highly recommend coming here and taking a tour of the farms and the dairy, all really authentic!
