Vacanza splendida in tutto e per tutto, dalle camere al cibo alle escursioni ( fatte esternamente al villaggio sotto buon consiglio di joseph). Abbiamo trascorso 14 giorni in questo posto e per qualsiasi cosa joseph era sempre disponibile anzi spesso ci scriveva lui per sapere se era tutto ok, ( sembrava nostro padre ?). Ringrazio vivamente JoAnTour per lo sconto ricevuto sul pacchetto ( messo a confronto con altri preventivi). Consiglio vivamente quest’agenzia , viaggeremo sicuramente di nuovo con loro. ? We were, my girlfriend and I in Santo Domingo, precisely at viva dominicus beach, a village recommended to us by joseph. Wonderful holiday in all respects, from the rooms to the food to the excursions (done outside the village under good advice of joseph). We spent 14 days in this place and for anything joseph was always available indeed he often wrote to us to find out if everything was ok, (he looked like our father ?). I warmly thank JoAnTour for the discount received on the package (compared with other quotes). I highly recommend this agency, we will definitely travel with them again. ?

Nulla da dire come agenzia perfetta in tutto, gentilezza, disponibilità e tante altre. Accompagnatrice perfetta le darei anche una lode. Unica pecca l'autista diciamo un ni però dai per il resto tutto perfetto consiglio vivamente a chiunque ci rivedremo molto presto. Day 8 May thanks to the joan tour we spent a beautiful day in Sorrento. Nothing to say as a perfect agency in everything, kindness, availability and many others. Perfect escort I would also give her a thumbs up. The only flaw is the driver let's say a ni but for the rest everything is perfect I highly recommend to anyone we will meet again very soon.

Grazie al consiglio di Joseph siamo stati previdenti e abbiamo provveduto a siglare un'assicurazione al momento del saldo, al fine di recuperare un'eventuale somma in caso di disdetta. Così è stato, e ad oggi abbiamo recuperato l'80% della somma. Che dire? Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di un'agenzia che sarà sicuramente d'ora in poi il nostro punto di riferimento! We booked a trip to Barcelona in August but decided to cancel due to covid. Thanks to Joseph's advice, we were foresight and took steps to sign an insurance at the time of the balance, in order to recover any sum in case of cancellation. So it was, and to date we have recovered 80% of the sum. What to say? Kindness and availability on the part of an agency that will certainly be our point of reference from now on!

Questo è un periodo assurdo per viaggiare, ma ci ha seguiti prima, durante e siamo rimasti in contatto anche dopo il viaggio, come amici. Con il covid è tutto più complicato ed è riuscito comunque a farci vivere delle giornate un po più spensierate del solito. Complicato lavorare così, lo so. Ma viaggiare è possibile, con qualche accortezza in più che non avremmo avuto in tempi felici. Grazie Joseph per la tua professionalità e la tua amicizia :) Joseph followed us on our honeymoon in New York for Christmas and New Year. This is an absurd time to travel, but he followed us before, during and we stayed in touch even after the trip, as friends. With the covid everything is more complicated and it has managed to make us live a little more carefree days than usual. It's complicated to work like this, I know.
