Rilevate piccole "sbavature" ma niente che non si possa correggere! The research that in experimentation leads to combining classic flavors with innovative solutions, must be rewarded. Beautiful presentation of the dishes and friendly staff. Small "smudges" detected but nothing that cannot be corrected!

Un menù vario e soprattutto di stagione. Molto buona la pasta fatta in casa. Staff gentilissimo e preparato. Tavoli all'aperto, ben distanziati, e soprattutto ben coperti dal sole estivo dell'ora di pranzo. Molto consigliato. Located in the historic center of the village, it offers dishes that look to innovation, without forgetting the deep roots of traditional Tuscan cuisine. A varied and above all seasonal menu. Very good homemade pasta. Staff very kind and prepared. Outdoor tables, well spaced, and above all well covered by the summer sun at lunchtime. Highly recommended.

Ho mangiato nello spazio esterno, in compagnia delle mie due cagnoline che sono state ben accolte e coccolate con ciotola d'acqua e biscottini di benvenuto. Cibo molto buono e di qualità. Ottimi vini. Cortesia del personale. Assolutamente consigliato. Super recommended place for kindness and food. I ate in the outdoor area, in the company of my two dogs who were well received and pampered with a bowl of water and welcome biscuits. Very good and quality food. Excellent wines. Courtesy of the staff. Absolutely recommended.

Io sono andata sul sicuro con i Pici all'Aglione che erano buonissimi. It's always nice to find a young restaurant in small businesses like Santa Fiora. The staff are friendly and nice. The menu features typical local dishes. I went on the safe side with the Pici all'Aglione which were very good.

La maggior parte dei tavoli si trova all'aperto in una sorta di piazzetta, quasi tutti allombra, alcuni un po' in bilico. Ordini e arrivano le sorprese: piatti tipici toscani con affettati del posto, pasta casereccia e dolci fatti in casa. Ricercatezza nell'impiatramento , servizio cordiale e gentile. Locale gestito da sole donne e questo si rispecchia nell'offerta culinaria. Menzionato anche dal Touring Club. Piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave moderna. Consigliatissimo, prezzi nella media per le porzioni e la qualità del servizio. Buona la carta dei vini, quelli toscani provengono dalle zone limitrofe. Excellent restaurant in the historic center of the medieval moaesino of Santa Fiora. Most of the tables are located outdoors in a sort of small square, almost all in the shade, some a bit poised. Orders and surprises arrive: typical Tuscan dishes with local cold cuts, homemade pasta and homemade desserts. Refinement in implantation, cordial and kind service. Local run by women only and this is reflected in the culinary offer. Also mentioned by the Touring Club. Traditional dishes revisited in a modern way. Highly recommended, average prices for portions and quality of service. The wine list is good, the Tuscan ones come from the surrounding areas.

Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Le plus dur:devoir choisir ce qu'on mange. I have eaten at this restaurant twice and each time it has been a delight! The products are fresh, the dishes as delicious as they are beautiful, and the people are friendly. I recommend with your eyes closed! The hardest part: having to choose what to eat.

Servizio velocissimo: la panzanella di benvenuto - buonissima! - dello Chef arriva subito, così come il tagliere misto, le pappardelle integrali, l'agnello al timo e le chips di patate. Tutto ottimo e in porzioni generose. Nota di merito in particolare per il dessert caramello salato e arachidi. Menù ricercato, ma con un occhio ai piatti della tradizione; materia prima e presentazioni dei piatti ottimi; prezzi super: per antipasto, primo, secondo, contorno, dessert, acqua e caffè €40,00. Una piacevolissima scoperta. Da tornarci sicuramente. We go to eat in this new Bistrot (which unfortunately I did not know existed) at 15.00 and immediately a kind waitress makes us sanitize the table and in a few minutes she sets up, takes our order and brings us a drink. Very fast service: the welcome panzanella - very good! - the Chef arrives immediately, as well as the mixed platter, the wholemeal pappardelle, the lamb with thyme and the potato chips. All excellent and in generous portions. Note of merit in particular for the salted caramel and peanut dessert. Sophisticated menu, but with an eye to traditional dishes; excellent raw materials and presentations of dishes; super prices: for appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, dessert, water and coffee € 40.00. A very pleasant discovery. Definitely to go back.
