Ovviamente non avremmo mai voluto avere questa necessità, in ogni caso però devo riconoscere che codesta azienda sin dall'inizio ha dimostrato umanità nel gestire le persone che hanno delle malattie. Mi sono confrontato personalmente e telefonicamente con gli addetti all'assistenza del servizio e con i corrieri e tutti mi hanno dimostrato un certo livello di sensibilità che mi ha sorpreso. Mi ha sorpreso soprattutto perché avendo lavorato per tanti anni in diverse aziende in contesti anche molto diversi da loro, ho sempre sofferto il cinismo che si trova dentro i contesti aziendali unicamente tesi a raggiungere gli utili d'esercizio.
