★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia auto è stata portata in questa officina dal carroattrezzi che ha soccorso la mia compagna, essendo vicina al luogo dove le si era fermata l'auto per un suo errato rifornimento di carburante. Abbiamo speso 280 euro per la pulizia del serbatoio, filtro, carburante e liquidi vari (20 euro per rifornimento gasolio in contanti fuori fattura). Il giorno dopo aver ripreso l'auto dall'officina si è fermata di nuovo nella stessa identica modalità (senza che fosse stato fatto un nuovo rifornimento di carburante). La nuova officina meccanica a cui l'abbiamo dovuta portare ha trovato il serbatoio e il carburante sporchi, la pompa tutta impolverata non sembrava poter essere stata smontata, non funzionava per via di residui solidi ed è stata sostituita. Spesa: 480 euro. La nuova officina ci ha fornito anche delle fotografie della pompa e del serbatoio e ci ha riconsegnato la pompa stessa e il gasolio sporchi. Abbiamo scritto un'email all'officina Fastwagen riportando l'accaduto e chiedendo spiegazioni. Essendo stata questa nostra richiesta totalmente ignorata non possiamo che considerarci a tutti gli effetti truffati. Dopo l'intervento della seconda officina l'auto non ha più presentato problemi.
My car was brought to this workshop by the wrecker who rescued my partner, being close to the place where her car had stopped due to her incorrect refueling. We spent 280 euros for cleaning the tank, filter, fuel and various liquids (20 euros for refueling diesel in cash out of the invoice). The day after taking the car back from the workshop it stopped again in the exact same way (without having to refuel again). The new mechanical workshop we had to take it to found the tank and fuel dirty, the dusty pump did not seem to have been dismantled, it was not working due to solid residues and was replaced. Cost: 480 euros. The new workshop also provided us with photographs of the pump and tank and returned the dirty pump and diesel fuel to us. We wrote an email to the Fastwagen workshop reporting what happened and asking for an explanation. Having been our request totally ignored, we can only consider ourselves cheated in all respects. After the intervention of the second workshop the car did not show any more problems.
