Causa covid non sono potuto rimanere ad assistere mentre imballavano il pallet e questo è il risultato del pacco arrivato oggi a destinazione. Tra l'altro ho pagato 5€ di materiali di imballaggio (pallet escluso) per che cosa? Per non avere nemmeno la lastra di polistirolo ai lati? Sono deluso. Reluctantly after so many years of positive experiences and more than adequate packaging I am forced to leave a negative review. Due to covid, I was unable to attend while they packed the pallet and this is the result of the package that arrived today at its destination. By the way, I paid € 5 for packaging materials (excluding pallets) for what? To not even have the polystyrene plate on the sides? I am disappointed.

Precisione e cura di ogni aspetto riguardante le spedizioni sia in import che in export, sia dal lato logistico che doganale. Aiuto concreto nella risoluzione veloce di ogni problematica che si possa presentare. Consigliatissimo per spedire sia in Italia che all'estero.

Purtroppo, da parte di GLS ci sono stati forti disagi causa covid che hanno fatto ritardare la consegna di una parte di tali colli di due settimane, ma da parte di Faster c’è stato un quotidiano interessamento, quasi familiare, per lo stato della spedizione e costanti contatti, quasi fino a non dormirci la notte, alla sede (e tonanti mail di ultimatum) affinché venissero sollecitati. Non posso che consigliare. For years I have faithfully turned to Faster for shipments, the last for a move, a total of several boxes, a guitar and a scooter. Abbiamo spedito degli infissi dalla Sicilia in Inghilterra con tutte le nuove normative post Brexit e tutto è andato bene, 10 giorni e la merce è arrivata in UK. In futuro se dovessi fare un'altra spedizione non avrei dubbi a cui affidarmi.
