Il titolare è solo molto timido inizialmente, ma dopo uno scambio di battute è molto gentile e aiuta la clientela. Qualità ottima e velocità! Ottimo! Consiglio sempre a tutti! Tornata non ha accennato alcuna parola , un atteggiamento antipatico come pochi e quando mi sono permessa di chiudere dei consigli per la dimensione di una foto da stampare, con un piglio aggressivo e come se io fossi una scema, mi ha risposto di guardarmi le dimensioni sul cartello vicino . Nessun consiglio, nessuna predisposizione al pubblico, solo molta arroganza. Ma chi si crede di essere????!!!! Sconsigliatissimo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chi vorrebbe stampanare le foto sappiate che prendono 2€ per apertura del file (non hanno detto prima e non c’è neanche un cartello dove sarebbe stato scritto!!!!!), anche se le mandate in Whatsapp!!!!! Non torno più mai. Per stampare 5 foto 10x15 ho pagato 4,40€ ??? Caution!!!! Who would like to print the photos, know that they take € 2 for opening the file (they didn't say this before and there isn't even a sign where it would have been written !!!!!), even if you send them to Whatsapp !!!!! I never come back. To print 5 10x15 photos I paid € 4.40 ???

Cartello con scritto 'Torno subito' sulla porta, abbiamo aspettato al freddo, fino a che qualcuno si è degnato di arrivare. Nessun saluto, subito maleducazione, quasi come se i clienti fossero là a disturbare. A cavallo con il 2020, mi sono permessa di chiedere se avessero il WiFi per poter mandare loro le foto, risposta: "E poi? Vuoi che te le pago?". Non mi dilungo nel descrivere altre uscite sul genere avvenute a seguire. Servizio veloce (unico motivo per le 2 stelle), ma qualità comunque scadente, senza contare la maleducazione che se non fosse stato per la mancanza di scelta sotto le vacanze mi avrebbe sicuramente portato altrove.... EDIT: Tornata oggi per mancanza di altre risorse. Passo ad una stella (dalle due originali). Alla maleducazione si somma l'incompetenza e il costo eccessivo. Chiesto di stampare una etichetta da applicare come reso ad un pacco, mi ritrovo tra le mani un A4 a colori normalissimo, al che chiedo se non avesse sentito che avevo richiesto una etichetta. Risposta della signora: Certo! Le ho stampato l'etichetta di reso! Secondo lei avrei dovuto precisare etichetta adesiva e...... Mi avrebbe precisato che non lo fanno. Chiedo a questo punto di tagliarla e propone di applicare il biadesivo dietro. Tagliata storta e biadesivo attaccato malamente. Totale speso: 2,20€ per arroganza, maleducazione e incompetenza. At this point I ask to cut it and propose to apply the double-sided tape behind. Crooked cut and double-sided adhesive badly attached. Total spent: € 2.20 for arrogance, rudeness and incompetence. Now I mean it ...... NEVER AGAIN!

Dovrebbe farsi un bel corso per come si devono trattare i clienti (e la gente in generale comunque). Non so come faccia a gestire un negozio una persona del genere. Quanta supponenza, cattiveria e scortesia!!! Me ne sono andata, le ho detto un bel arrivederci e di sicuro non ci tornerò più. Ne parlerò male a tutti gli amici di Spinea ovviamente. Ci sono tanti altri fotografi che sanno fare il loro lavoro, fidatevi, non mettete piedi lì dentro! After 15 seconds of entering I already wanted to leave. The lady (perhaps the owner?) Non sono un cliente abituale e sinceramente ero rimasto un po' interdetto nella lettura delle recensioni negative. C'era una signora che ha fatto le foto con gentilezza e professionalità, curando le specifiche richieste dall'ufficio passaporti. Ha eseguito 5 scatti e assieme abbiamo scelto. Pochi minuti e le foto erano stampate. Quindi assegno tranquillamente il massimo punteggio: siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti. went today shortly after noon for my wife's passport photo. I am not a regular customer and honestly I was a little dumbfounded in reading the negative reviews. There was a lady who took the photos with kindness and professionalism, taking care of the specifics required by the passport office. He took 5 shots and together we chose. A few minutes and the photos were printed. So I easily assign the maximum score: we were completely satisfied.

Il signore invece per stamparmi due fogli bianco e nero chiede 2,20€ senza nemmeno avvisare che l’apertura del pdf sarebbe costato 2€. Non ci andate. The clueless lady didn't even know how to print double-sided by charging me double. The gentleman, on the other hand, asks € 2.20 to print two black and white sheets without even warning that opening the pdf would cost € 2. Don't go there.
