Dopo mesi di attesa per la sostituzione, il nulla. Sconsigliato vivamente. Ordered complete together with a group: my pants were unstitched, (arranged at my expense) and the shirt was obviously wrong in size. After months of waiting for the replacement, nothing. Strongly not recommended.

Dopo quasi tre mesi non si riesce ad ottenere la sostituzione del prodotto errato. Non rispondono telefonicamente e ti invitano a comunicare via mail che non ricevono alcuna risposta. E' un vero peccato perchè il prodotto non è male ma non si buò riporre affidamento con questo modo di operare. The goods were received first partially and subsequently with size errors. After almost three months, the wrong product cannot be replaced. They do not answer by phone and invite you to communicate via email that they do not receive any response. It is a real shame because the product is not bad but you can not rely on this way of operating.
P	Paolo Vinci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All’inizio tutti cordiali e simpatici, aiutano il cliente a personalizzare il completino ma una volta effettuato il pagamento non spediscono mai nei giorni stabiliti allungando così i tempi. Per un capo difettoso tre mesi di chiamate, email e messaggi senza ricevere risposta e non c’è la possibilità di effettuare il reso. Il prodotto è anche buono, il capo difettoso può capitare ma l’azienda è poco seria e una volta presi i soldi non pensa più al cliente, da evitare!!!!!!!!! At the beginning, all friendly and nice, they help the customer to customize the outfit but once the payment is made, they never ship on the established days, thus lengthening the time. For a defective garment, three months of calls, emails and messages without being answered and there is no possibility to return. The product is also good, the defective boss can happen but the company is not very serious and once the money is taken it no longer thinks of the customer, to be avoided !!!!!!!!!

Lavori quasi sartoriali, materiali sempre al passo con i tempi e, talvolta, anche avanti! Qualità e cortesia! Consigliatissimi! I am a loyal customer since 2003. I can safely say that we are talking about a company that still makes made in Italy, or rather made in Teramo! Almost sartorial works, materials always in step with the times and sometimes even ahead! Quality and courtesy! Consigliatissimi!

Per loro dimenticanza non vengono consegnati alcuni capi di 60 (sessanta) set's ordinati! Ancora oggi (28.07.17) a distanza di 2 mesi, siamo in attesa di riceverli! Tra centinaia di email, sms, WA e telefonate, ho ricevuto risposte solo ad un paio!!! Mi dispiace dirlo ma la serietà di questa azienda non è per niente al massimo delle aspettative!!! P.S. Se inviate il pagamento, lasciate qualche "euretto" a saldo della fornitura e inviatelo solo dopo aver ricevuto tutta la merce. All beautiful indeed beautiful but then ............. !!! Initially very helpful in requests and average quality / price ratio but then! For their forgetfulness, some 60 (sixty) set's items are not delivered! Even today (28.07.17) after 2 months, we are waiting to receive them! Among hundreds of emails, sms, WA and phone calls, I only received a couple of answers !!! I'm sorry to say it but the seriousness of this company is not at all the best of expectations !!! P.S. If you send the payment, leave some "euretto" to settle the supply and send it only after receiving all the goods.

Posso capire un ritardo .sulle spedizioni di un paio di giorni, ma cosí mi sembra troppo On 13-9 I placed an order online and from the website it gave the shipping date 19-9. To date 1-10 no news. I can understand a delay on shipments of a couple of days, but that seems too much to me
