Ho chiesto un taglio con tanto di foto dimostrative da tutti i lati.La parrucchiera mi ha rovinato i capelli, tagliandoli a zero, con dei vuoti nella testa. Incapace, non qualificata...Sono scioccata dalla mancanza di professionalità e dell'arroganza riscontrata.
E l' irresponsabilità totale, ci vuole la modestia di dire non lo so fare e non mettere mani .
Incredibile, sono uscita piangendo .
La peggiore esperienza da un parrucchiere.
Il responsabile neanche si è scusato , ha fatto finta di non vedere ..

Se non vi conosco, come posso essere fidelizzata?? Non avete idea di come si trattato i clienti... Oltre tutto all'entrata c'era puzza di bagno sporco. Non me ne frega niente della piega in omaggio e mi auguro che non mi arrivi neanche un'email in più. Vi consiglio di chiudere perchè non avete idea di cosa significhi un servizio al pubblico !!!
