Il servizio è diventato frettoloso e superficiale. Ceretta fatta con poca attenzione nel minor tempo possibile, senza nemmeno ricontrollare il risultato finale (cosa che ho dovuto fare a casa, armata di pinzetta).
Mi spiace, non penso tornerò.
The level is no longer what it was a while ago.
The service became rushed and superficial. Waxing done with little attention in the shortest possible time, without even double-checking the final result (which I had to do at home, armed with tweezers).
I'm sorry, I don't think I'll be back.

I made a first appointment for the removal of the semi-permanent on the hands. The girl was super fast and brassima! But the reception in general was not the best ... too cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto dubbiosa riguardo alla modalita con cui hanno svolto il trattamento di luce pulsata sulla zona circostante la bocca : non hanno usato il rasoio né nessun tipo di gel per preservare la zona. Alla fine del trattamento mi ritrovo ancora la zona con peluria visibile... Truffa!!!
I was very doubtful about the way in which they carried out the treatment of pulsed light on the area surrounding the mouth: they did not use the razor or any type of gel to preserve the area. At the end of the treatment I still find the area with visible hair ... Scam !!!
