Sempre disponibile a dare consigli e indicazioni con una gentilezza rari. Conosco altri negozi di cake design, ma la sua gentilezza e competenza lo mette al primo posto a Roma.
Very well stocked shop, but it does not deserve the 5 stars for this alone. Carlotta, the owner, is the heart and engine of this shop. Always available to give advice and directions with a rare kindness. I know other cake design shops, but his kindness and competence puts him first in Rome.

Lei veramente carina ci tiene molto al rapporto con il cliente,non è la classica persona che non vede l ora di mandarti via e me lo dimostra ogni volta che ci vado.

Dopo un anno che provo vari negozi d'oggi in poi, nonostante non mi sia proprio di strada, sarà lei il mio unico punto di riferimento per acquistare e confrontarmi. I suoi box hanno tutto e nel caso manchi qualcosa con carlotta si trova sempre una soluzione. Veramente veramente soddisfatta!!!
