★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto un esperienza molto negativa con questo negozio, ho acquistato un carillon per neonati che purtroppo e' durato esttamente un ora prima di rompersi... Ho provato a riportare il carillon lo stesso giorno dell'acquisto, ma mi e' stato rifiutato il reso o il cambio dicendo che non era colpa loro... inaccettabile che si possano vendere prodotti di dubbia qualita e che un negozio possa rispondere cosi!
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this shop, I bought a baby music box which unfortunately lasted an hour before breaking ... I tried to return the music box the same day of purchase, but it was refused the return or exchange saying it was not their fault ... unacceptable that products of dubious quality can be sold and that a shop can respond like this!
