Consiglio, però, di cambiare corriere perché Bartolini ha cambiato all'ultimo minuto il giorno di consegna e per di più non ha rispettato la fascia oraria che aveva indicato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacosmo non rispetta i tempi di consegna che spesso vengono dilazionati ingiustificatamente. Sono inoltre lentissimi a emettere il rimborso nel caso di reso della merce dovuto a problemi tecnici di consegna. In caso di necessità nonostante è indicato il numero di telefono per i clienti per assistenza in realtà non rispondono mai e si è costretti ad aprire un ticket.

Farmacosmo does not respect delivery times which are often unjustifiably postponed. They are also very slow to issue a refund in the case of returning goods due to technical delivery problems. In case of need, despite the fact that the telephone number is indicated for customers for assistance, they never answer and you are forced to open a ticket.
