Il personale è disponibile e cortese, quando possono applicano anche qualche sconto. Nel dettaglio: 25 minuti di attesa solo per pagare il tampone. La farmacista oltre sbrigare me, doveva sbrigare anche all'interno. Ma se non sapete organizzarvi, fate pagare tutti dentro. 45 minuti di attesa per il prelievo, non avevo nessuno davanti, ma la farmacista che faceva i prelievi ha deciso di mollare e se ne andata, per fai fare il prelievo sono dovuto entrare dentro e sclerare... Giustifica da parte loro che non se ne erano accorti che nessuno facesse i prelievi. 15 minuti per la risposta fortunatamente negativa. Unico elemento che si salva è la dottoressa Mimma che ha fatto il prelievo a Jacopo ed è stata gentile. Per il resto, riorganizzatevi perché non è mestiere per voi.
