Very kind staff, always welcome with a smile the staff is always ready for every customer need. Very trained staff, any advice on some products was excellent. They always make discounts on purchased goods.

β β β β β Gentilissimo il Dot. Randazzo che a settembre durante l'orario di chiusura ha tenuto aperta la farmacia affinchΓ© sia io che mio marito potessimo effettuare il tampone per il covid. Grazie a lui non abbiamo perso l'aereo, che sarebbe partito di lΓ a 2 ore.Tutte le altre farmacie si sono rifiutate perchΓ© non avevamo prenotato.

Dear the Dot. Randazzo who in September kept the pharmacy open during closing hours so that both my husband and I could swab the covid. Thanks to him we didn't miss the plane, which would leave in 2 hours. All the other pharmacies refused because we hadn't booked.

β β β β β #covid test; Having found out (unpleasantly) at Palermo airport that they no longer do Covid tests for people departing Sicily by plane, we were directed to this pharmacy to do the paid rapid test (we only had 40 minutes left till check-in close). I called and agreed with the pharmacist in Italian that they would do the test immediately after we arrive (10 minutes). When we got there, however, the guy at the counter (whom others called βdoctorβ) kept on ignoring and delaying us, claiming that he first needs too serve all his local clients with medication before he can do the tests. This was not what we agreed and also there was his colleague serving clients as well. βMedication is urgent and the COVID tests are notβ was his claim. Very impolite and added a lot to our stress. He finally gave us another address so we had to rush another 8 mins to a parapharmacy at via Nazionale 76 in Cinisi (staff there were super friendly and efficient, by the way!). Farmacia Viola was a very unpleasant experience and we felt discriminated against.
