Ho chiamato per sapere se potevo sfruttare la promozione nonostante non avessi più la ricevuta e sono stati gentilissimi dicendomi che potevo usare una foto senza problemi. Il persona è super gentile ed efficiente. I was a few days ago in this pharmacy for a tampon: there were two of us and they gave us a promotion by giving us a free tampon to use whenever we want. I called to find out if I could take advantage of the promotion even though I no longer had the receipt and they were very kind telling me that I could use a photo without any problems. The person is super nice and efficient.
