Mi è stata detto di presentarmi ad un'ora precisa, ho pagato e fatto il tampone. Solo dopo mi è stato detto che dovevo essere registrata con un medico. Non mi è neanche stato offerto un rimborso. I phoned to do a quick swab, explaining that I needed it for a contest. I was told to show up at a specific time, paid and swab. Only later was I told that I had to be registered with a doctor. I haven't even been offered a refund.

Scortesissimi, sono andato in questa settimana per fare un tampone (premetto senza appuntamento, ma per urgenza) perché ho avuto la febbre, ed il mio medico mi consigliò di andare non appena la febbre fosse scesa. Arrivo li e la farmacista di turno mette su un teatrino patetico perché non avevo l’appuntamento, dicendomi davanti a tutti che io non sarei dovuto uscire di casa avendo avuto la febbre. Risposi alla farmacista che ero infatti andato a febbre passata, consigliato dal mio medico, per fare il tampone e capire se era o meno Covid. Detto ciò, mi hanno rimandato a casa in modo abbastanza scortese, perché non avevo l’appuntamento. Se una persona,che si reca in farmacia con urgenza e consigliato dal medico di base, non si può negare un servizio, anche se sprovvisti di appuntamento, si tratta di un tampone. Ah, aggiungerei, che la farmacia era vuota per fare i tamponi. Found terribly !! Very rude, I went this week to have a tampon (I say without an appointment, but out of urgency) because I had a fever, and my doctor advised me to go as soon as the fever had gone down. I arrive there and the pharmacist on duty puts on a pathetic theater because I didn't have an appointment, telling me in front of everyone that I shouldn't have left the house having had a fever. I replied to the pharmacist that I had in fact gone with a fever past, advised by my doctor, to do the swab and find out if it was Covid or not. Having said that, they sent me back home quite rudely, because I didn't have an appointment. If a person, who goes to the pharmacy urgently and advised by the general practitioner, cannot be denied a service, even without an appointment, it is a tampon. Ah, I would add, that the pharmacy was empty for tampons.

Sanno rispondere ai quesiti e risolvere i problemi burocratici inerenti a isolamento, quarantene, tamponi.. Molto meglio del personale dell'azienda sanitaria locale. Sempre disponibili anche per telefono. Sono le uniche persone a non avermi trattata in modo sbrigativo o scocciato quando ho avuto problemi con la certificazione di fine isolamento. Da giorni aspettavo senza riuscire a porre fine al mio periodo di quarantena. Eseguono tamponi in modo delicato accurato e professionale. E sono anche molto simpatiche. La farmacia è molto bella e fornita. Hanno una cassa dedicata solo ai tamponi. E una zona di fianco alla farmacia in cui puoi entrare con l'auto per poi fare un tampone ad uno sportello. Le altre farmacie sono sature per le prenotazioni dei tamponi.. Forse perché li gestiscono meno bene di farmacia villa fulvia. Grazie di tutto. Pharmacists are wonderful. Kind and very professional. They know how to answer questions and solve bureaucratic problems related to isolation, quarantines, tampons .. Much better than the staff of the local health company. Always available also by phone. They are the only people who have not treated me in a hasty or annoyed way when I have had problems with the end of isolation certification. I had been waiting for days without being able to end my quarantine period. They perform tampons in a delicate, accurate and professional way. And they are also very nice. The pharmacy is very nice and well stocked. They have a crate dedicated only to tampons. It is an area next to the pharmacy where you can enter by car and then swab a counter. The other pharmacies are full of tampons reservations .. Perhaps because they manage them less well than pharmacy villa fulvia. Thanks for everything.
