★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerst werd ik 2 X weggedrukt toen ik in het Engels sprak. Later werd er gezegd, geen Engels en goeiedag en werd er op gehangen. Alles behalve klantvriendelijk.
First I got pushed away 2X when I spoke in English. Later it was said, no English and hello and they hung up on it. Anything but customer-friendly.
