★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile servizio. Mia sorella ha comprato una crema contro l’acne (alquanto costosa) sotto prescrizione della dermatologa. Le è stata data una crema dal nome simile ma sbagliata (a detta della dermatologa specifica per uomini e molto aggressiva, contenente alcool), che ha provocato a mia sorella un evidente danno sul viso, mandando a monte una cura di cinque mesi dalla dermatologa. Quando si è recata in farmacia con tanto di scontrino per ottenere un rimborso, lo staff non solo si è rifiutato, ma addirittura non si è scusato e ha cercato tutte le scuse possibili incolpando mia sorella per un loro errore. Risultato: si è dovuta recare in un’altra farmacia e spendere ulteriori soldi per la crema giusta. Quello che mi lascia disgustata è l’approccio che avete avuto con una cliente: chiaramente vi siete visti di fronte una ragazzina di diciannove anni, troppo facile da raggirare e da non tenere in considerazione. Complimenti. Avete perso come clienti la mia intera famiglia (clienti da vent’anni) e state certi che spargerò la voce con tutti i miei conoscenti. Buon fine settimana
Terrible service. My sister bought an acne cream (somewhat expensive) on prescription from the dermatologist. She was given a cream with a similar but wrong name (according to the dermatologist specific for men and very aggressive, containing alcohol), which caused my sister an evident damage on her face, sending up a five-month cure from the dermatologist. When she went to the pharmacy with a receipt to get a refund, the staff not only refused, but even did not apologize and sought all possible excuses by blaming my sister for their mistake. Result: she had to go to another pharmacy and spend more money on the right cream. What leaves me disgusted is the approach you had with a client: clearly you saw a nineteen-year-old girl in front of you, too easy to deceive and disregard. Congratulations. You have lost my entire family as customers (customers for twenty years) and you can be sure that I will spread the word with all my acquaintances. Good weekend
