Vengo da fontanelle per farmi sentire che loro non lo fanno a quell’ora.
Ci ho messo 40 minuti di tempo più il ritorno e ho dovuto finire tardi a lavoro.
Che gente ignorante…
I booked a tampon for a VERY important dinner at 1:10 pm.
I come to drinking fountains to make me feel that they don't do it at that time.
It took me 40 minutes plus the return time and I had to finish late for work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando serve scelgo di andare alla farmacia Tonolo perché prima di tutto fa orario continuato, poi ha sempre i farmaci che mi servono ( non come in altri posti che devi tornare il giorno dopo perché non ce l' hanno in casa) ma soprattutto perché sono davvero davvero gentili e disponibili! 6 stelle!
When needed, I choose to go to the Tonolo pharmacy because first of all it works non-stop, then it always has the medicines I need (not like in other places that you have to return the next day because they don't have it at home) but above all because they really are. really nice and helpful! 6 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione pura. Rispetto ZERO. Ti fanno chiamare di volta in volta perchè hanno gente da servire. E riattaccano senza scusarsi tra l'altro. E ogni volta la stessa dizione: "siamo impegnati, richiami tra 10 minuti che le rispondiamo.". Ed ogni volta il copione si ripete. Meritate la liberalizzazione del mercato che al nuovo arrivato gli basta essere gentile e vi fa chiudere.
Pure rudeness. ZERO respect. They make you call from time to time because they have people to serve. And hang up without apologizing among other things. And every time the same diction: "we are busy, call back in 10 minutes we will answer you.". And every time the script repeats itself. You deserve the liberalization of the market that the newcomer just needs to be polite and makes you close.
