Sono ritornata in farmacia a ritirare un farmaco che avevo ordinato e l'ho fatto presente. Le persone con cui ho parlato, cioè un uomo con gli occhiali e una donna (credo si chiami Alessandra) mi hanno detto che non potevano farci nulla, che la colpa non era loro ma del distributore. Anzi, mentre ero ancora lì che parlavo, la famacista di cui sopra mi ha detto: "Arrivederci", per liquidarmi. Faccio notare che non c'era nessun altro cliente, ma solo loro a chiacchierare. Dunque, una cliente insoddisfatta deve piangersi questo disservizio, e basta, ed essere pure trattata con maleducazione. "Il cliente ha sempre ragione" e la buona educazione sono passati di moda alla farmacia Tisia. Di sicuro hanno perso una cliente: pazienza, andrò più lontano da casa mia ma sicuramente troverò qualcuno che lavori meglio di questi grandissimi maleducati, antipatici e incompetenti. PESSIMI. The last time I bought something here, I found one of the 30 sachets already open inside the supplement package (cost: 30 Euros). I went back to the pharmacy to pick up a drug I had ordered and I mentioned it. The people I spoke to, that is a man with glasses and a woman (I think her name is Alessandra) told me they couldn't do anything about it, that it wasn't their fault but the distributor's. Indeed, while I was still there talking, the aforementioned famacist told me: "Goodbye", to liquidate me. I point out that there was no other customer, only them chatting. Therefore, a dissatisfied customer must mourn this disservice, and that's it, and be treated with rudeness as well. "The customer is always right" and good manners have gone out of style at the Tisia pharmacy. For sure they have lost a client: patience, I will go further from my house but I will surely find someone who works better than these great rude, obnoxious and incompetent. BAD.
