★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che abito in un altro comune e che siamo in zona rossa, chiamo per sapere se è disponibile un prodotto. Mi rispondono che c'è e mi reco in farmacia. Aspetto mezz'ora al gelo fuori la farmacia per una fila di sole dieci persone, nonostante ci fossero ben due farmaciste all'interno. Al mio turno mi dicono che il prodotto non c'è. Le "signore" invece di scusarsi mi trattano anche con sufficienza. Veramente pessimi!!!
Since I live in another municipality and we are in the red zone, I call to find out if a product is available. They tell me it's there and I go to the pharmacy. I wait half an hour in the cold outside the pharmacy for a line of only ten people, despite the fact that there were two pharmacists inside. On my turn they tell me that the product is not there. Instead of apologizing, the "ladies" also treat me with disdain. Really bad !!!
