Pare che per i prossimi giorni allestiranno spazi unicamente dedicati ai tamponi rapidi e che i costi dei tamponi per autotest in vendita al banco possano subire riduzioni e quindi essere venduti a prezzi più competitivi rispetto agli attuali. Il mio commento non vuole essere una critica, ma solo uno spunto per migliorare e "aggiustare il tiro" in un periodo di continuo cambiamento e aumento di carico di lavoro per tutti. E poi l'ampio parcheggio... Che decisamente fa la differenza in termini di comodità e accessibilità! L'accuratezza della confezione, la scelta di un ottimo Corriere ed il rilascio della scontrino fiscale per la denuncia dei redditi sono tante candeline suppletive su una torta ottima! Ordine effettuato il 23 gennaio con una certa urgenza per mia figlia che oggi per fortuna è guarita. Non ho ricevuto ne' mail, ne' telefonate, ne' prodotti,non una risposta alle mie mail e una sola risposta alle innumerevoli telefonate. I cortesi signori di Farmaspeed invece hanno incassato i miei soldi da 10 giorni. Richiedo subito la restituzione di €40,31 e mai più farò un ordine presso questa farmacia. A 10 giorni dall'ordine nessuna spedizione, nessun tracking, nessuna risposta alle email in cui chiedevo informazioni, nessuna risposta al telefono segnalato sul sito, nessuna risposta al telefono della stessa farmacia Stornelli a cui fa riferimento il sito. Rarissimamente ho trovato in generale (online oppure offline) una qualità così bassa. Unfortunately I only read the reviews on Farmaspeed after order placed. The "service" cannot even be defined as such because it is shameful. 10 days after the order, no shipping, no tracking, no response to emails asking for information, no response to the phone reported on the site, no response to the phone of the same Stornelli pharmacy to which the site refers. Very rarely have I found such low quality in general (online or offline).
